The work of our expert advisers helps solve people's problems. We measure and report on our impact in the community. Last year we returned more than £1m to the local economy as shown in the graphic below.

OUR IMPACT OF 2023
Here is our impact report from 2023. Between April 2023 and March 2024 we put £1m into the local economy - close to the same value as the previous year. This is a huge achievement – helping nearly 2,000 people (often families) and making their lives easier.
