Our team is lead by a Chief Officer with a team of 14 members of staff (c. 8 full time equivalents) and around 48 volunteers including members of the Trustee Board. The daily advice sessions are led by session supervisors and supported by trained volunteer advisors. We retain specialists in the staff team to cover the aspects of benefits, debt management and campaigning.
