Telephone: 01787 321400

Our hours for telephone and email advice: Monday - Thursday, 10.00am to 3.00pm.

If we don’t pick up your call, Please leave your name and phone number on our answerphone so we can call you back. We aim to have contacted you in no more than 3 working days depending on our workload. Remember the office is not open on a Friday.

Calls to our adviceline are handled by our trained volunteer advisers. They will ask you questions about you and your situation to determine the best advice for you. They will explain your options so you can make your own informed decisions about your situation.

We aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible; but we may advise you to take some action or we may need to research your situation in order to give the best advice. After talking to you we may believe it is best for you to come for a pre-arranged appointment at our office. In every situation we will stay with you till you have a way forward.
